Sunday's

What do you do with them? When I was a child all the shops were closed and there wasn't much traffic around. My family didn't go to church but I went to Sunday school..mainly to earn points for answering questions which got exchanged for sweets. I wonder if that still happens.

Anyway now my Sunday's are spent pondering, the world, my life, my dreams. All the shops are open, mostly it seems like any other day. I do like to keep it as a day where I wont get into anything that might stress me, choosing to focus on spiritual growth, maybe some meditation. Traditional religion isn't part of my life, I am a spiritual person though with my own set of beliefs and values. I do think its important for people to have something to believe in, some kind of faith. I don't like other religions being pushed onto me just like I dont push my beliefs. Religion should be something that you FIND not something that knocks on your door pushing a booklet into your hand. Not something that tells you about the eternity that you will spend in hell if you do not choose that *way* Your faith should be what feels right to you, even if thats not to have one at all.

So whatever your faith, have a peaceful Sunday

In Love and Light
